Role, Function, and Reporting Line

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and will focus on developing and executing the group's vision and strategy, managing business operations, and overseeing stakeholder relations with the board and the private equity firm. Additionally, human resources management and market representation will be key responsibilities.

Requirements Profile

• Ideally, several years of experience in the cybersecurity services market with a security service provider.
• Extensive experience in senior-level people management.
• A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong representation capabilities.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Familiarity with the Swiss market, and ideally knowledge of Germany and Austria.
