With production sites in Europe and Asia, approximately 900 employees, and a strong market position, the company develops and produces sophisticated cable and system solutions for customers in the industrial, medical technology, and automotive sectors. We are Looking for a CEO

In this key role, you will bear overall responsibility for the corporate group. Together with the Board of Directors, you will further develop the strategic direction and ensure consistent implementation. Working alongside your leadership team, you will:

• Strengthen profitability.
• Drive digitalization and automation.
• Create the foundation for sustainable growth.
• Promote a performance-oriented corporate culture.
• Ensure an environment where leaders and employees can take responsibility and realize their potential.

Additionally, you will represent CabTec to customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

We seek an experienced leader with a technical degree and solid knowledge in the business field. You should have a proven track record at the executive level of a manufacturing company and be well-versed in international value chains and global markets. The ideal candidate will:

• Know how to further develop organizations and successfully implement changes.
• Inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
• Communicate fluently in both German and English.

A willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time is expected.
