The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop, plan, and implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies aimed at optimizing costs, quality, delivery, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products within the assigned category or group of categories. You will ensure that all executions align with Hitachi's directives, the Business Unit PGGI, SCM, and Supply Base Management procedures.

- Lead and execute key projects aligned with team objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings or forums.
Your Background:
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the industrial sector.
- Auditor experience with familiarity in standards such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and IATF 16949.
- In-depth understanding of the supply chain market in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Greater China.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Experience in supply chain or finance is preferred.
- Background in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus.
