Your Mission on the Construction Site

• Assemble roof structures, facades, stairs, or entire wooden buildings.
• Work on construction sites, whether at great heights or on solid ground.
• Execute tasks precisely according to plan, utilizing both machinery and manual techniques.
• Renovate, restore, and improve structures to preserve their stability and beauty.
• Understand wood behavior and work proactively to achieve excellent results.
• Implement safety standards to ensure the well-being of yourself and your team.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification as a Carpenter EFZ, along with manual skills and physical resilience.
• Experience in timber construction is beneficial, although not mandatory.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Driving license Category B is advantageous, but not required.
• Proficient in understanding and communicating in German.
