Job Responsibilities
- Care and maintenance of properties and operational buildings
- Inspection and maintenance of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Conducting minor repairs and renovation work on building infrastructure
- Monitoring and documenting maintenance and repair activities
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in facilities and outdoor areas
- Serving as the point of contact for tenants and users regarding inquiries and issues
- Assisting in organizing relocations and remodeling projects
Qualifications
- Completed training in property maintenance, operational maintenance, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the maintenance of buildings and technological systems
- Practical skills in executing minor repairs
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work ethic
- Customer-friendly demeanor and effective communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
