Join Our Team as a Caretaker / Maintenance Specialist / Cleaner (100%)

We are a company operating in Facility Services, seeking to strengthen our team in St. Gallen and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for several regionally working employees to fill the position of Caretaker / Maintenance Specialist / Cleaner as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your Tasks:

• Property management (residential and commercial buildings)
• Cleaning of staircases
• Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings
• Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flower beds, trimming hedges and edges
• Monitoring building technology
• General tasks, such as changing light bulbs, etc.

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
• Language: Swiss German
• Driver's license category B is mandatory (only automatic vehicles available)
• Clean/tidy appearance
• Good manners with customers and colleagues
• Flexible, self-reliant, and resilient
• Eager to work and dynamic
• All-rounder
