At the Educational Institution Sommeri, we support adults and adolescents with cognitive disabilities on their journey towards greater independence, participation, and quality of life. Our services in the living and working area create protected, supportive living environments with respect, dignity, and heart.

For our family-oriented living group with seven clients, we are seeking a dedicated caregiver who is willing to take on responsibility and collaborate with our team to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Your Mission:

You will accompany individuals with severe multiple disabilities through their daily lives, engaging in both care and leisure activities. No two days are alike, which makes this role both exciting and unique.

What You Bring:

• Training in care or caregiving (SRK/FaGe) or relevant experience in basic care
• Empathy, independence, and strong team spirit
• Curiosity about the WKS model (Willem Kleine Schaars)
• Knowledge in supported communication, kinesiology, and basic care
• Willingness to work split shifts as well as evening and weekend shifts
• Good computer application skills
• Driving license B (D1 is a plus)
