Your Responsibilities:

• Individual care for elderly, impaired, or needy individuals
• Promoting independence through targeted daily assistance
• Planning and conducting activities for social integration
• Collaborating with family members, therapists, and nursing staff

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a Care Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• A passion for working with people and strong social skills
• Team spirit and a proactive approach
• Very good German language skills
