Your Duties:

• Individual support for elderly, impaired, or dependent individuals.
• Promoting independence through targeted daily support.
• Planning and implementing activities for social integration.
• Collaboration with relatives, therapists, and nursing staff.

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a Care Professional EFZ or comparable qualification.
• A passion for working with people and high social competence.
• Team spirit and initiative.
• Very good German language skills.
