Your Responsibilities:

• Individual care for elderly, disabled, or dependent individuals
• Promoting independence through targeted daily support
• Planning and implementing activities for social integration
• Collaborating with family members, therapists, and nursing staff

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a Certified Care Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• A passion for working with people and high social competence
• Team spirit and initiative
• Very good German language skills
