As a Specialist in Care EFZ, you will play a central role in supporting and promoting individuals in supported living environments, nursing facilities, or home care services. - Individual and needs-oriented care for people requiring support
- Assistance in daily activities, mobilization, and social companionship
- Active participation in leisure activities, creative offerings, and movement programs
- Promotion of independence and social interaction
- Close collaboration with relatives, professionals, and interdisciplinary teams
- Documentation of care measures to ensure quality
Your Profile -- What You Bring
- A completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ
- Joy in accompanying and caring for people in various life situations
- Empathy, social competence, and a high degree of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
