Your Role: Leadership and Organization

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and organizational leadership of the entire nursing service within the facility.
• Ensure and enhance the quality of care in accordance with current standards and legal requirements.
• Manage personnel planning and development to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
• Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other departments.
• Implement new care concepts and optimize workflows and processes.
• Manage quality assurance, complaint handling, and continual improvement of care services.
• Ensure efficient and economical resource planning.
• Provide advice and support to patients and their families on nursing and organizational matters.

Your Profile

We are looking for a leadership personality with expertise, including:

• Completed training as a Diploma Nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
• Further education in Nursing Management, Leadership, or Health Management (NDS, MAS, or CAS is an advantage).
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, preferably with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of personnel management, team dynamics, and nursing organization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and economical mindset.
• Very good command of German, both spoken and written.
