- Providing individual and empathetic support to those in need of assistance
- Assisting with daily activities, mobilization, and activating care

- Promoting the independence and social integration of care recipients
- Collaborating closely with family members, interdisciplinary professionals, and therapists
- Documenting care measures thoughtfully to support quality assurance

- You have completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ
- You take enjoyment in assisting others while recognizing their individual needs
- You are empathetic and possess strong social competence
- You work effectively in a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
