Join Our Team

We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team, the official factory team of Audi as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three key locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; chassis design and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, offers direct access to top F1 talent and essential strategic partners in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley.'

What do we seek? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone who believes that giving up is not an option and sees limits as challenges to be overcome, you can help us bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history with us!
