Your Role
Are you driven by a strong client service orientation and keen risk awareness? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment with front office colleagues and other stakeholders? We are seeking a Front Office Support Associate who embodies a hands-on approach and a can-do mentality.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing various remediation items related to client migration preparation.
- Managing the end-to-end backflow of remediation items.
- Documenting client structures (legal entities & individuals) in compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
- Capturing client data in internal systems.
- Performing quality checks and controls.
- Coordinating with Client Account Managers and clients to gather necessary information in preparation for the major platform migration.
- Supporting cross-functional teams (e.g. Reporting, Solution Design, etc.).

Your Expertise
- 1-2 years of banking experience.
- Previous experience in a supporting or client documentation role.
- Experience as a Client Advisor Assistant or Front Support Assistant.
- Expertise in any Swiss Wealth Manager’s core banking tools is a significant asset.
- A customer-oriented mindset coupled with a pragmatic and positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with knowledge across areas such as CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.
