Join our high-performing Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Solutions (CMAAS) team, where you'll play a vital role in executing and delivering transaction projects. These include initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity offerings, as well as cross-border transactions (e.g., 144As).

As an integral part of our team, you will provide expert advice to clients on acquisitions and disposals, focusing on complex financial histories, pro-forma reports, and carve-out reporting across various capital markets (e.g., SIX and SEC regulations).

You will guide clients through accounting standard changes and GAAP conversion projects, ensuring they stay compliant and informed.

Your role will also involve developing and extending existing relationships with clients, actively supporting the client targeting and acquisition processes.

Your Skill Set

• You are a Certified Public Accountant (Switzerland and/or another country).
• You possess strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swiss GAAP FER), along with industry credentials and relevant transaction experience.
• With 4-5 years in roles such as audit senior or manager, you have a proven track record in project management, client management, and high-risk service orientation.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, German, or French, both written and verbal, and you are client-oriented, flexible, and open to travel within an international network.
• You actively shape your career with the support of your coach, setting clear objectives and making informed career choices.
• You leverage your external network and personal relationships to further enhance your professional growth.
