Your Impact

Join our high-performing Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Solutions (CMAAS) team, where you will execute and deliver on transaction projects, including IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and cross-border transactions (e.g., 144As).

As a key advisor, you will guide our clients through acquisitions and disposals, managing complex financial histories, pro forma reports, and carve-out reporting across various capital markets, such as SIX and SEC regulations.

Your expertise will also extend to advising on accounting standard changes and GAAP conversion projects, helping clients navigate their financial landscapes effectively.

In this role, you will cultivate new relationships and enhance existing ones with our clients while actively supporting the client targeting and acquisition process.

You will take charge of your responsibilities, enjoying flexibility and opportunities for development.

In addition, you will hone your leadership skills by sharing your expertise and experience through teaching, coaching, and mentoring others.

Your Skill Set

• You are a Certified Public Accountant (Switzerland and/or another country).
• You possess a strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swiss GAAP FER), along with industry credentials and transaction experience, wherever possible.
• You have 4-5 years of experience in audit senior/manager roles or similar positions, demonstrating a proven track record in project management, client management, and high-risk service orientation.
• You have excellent proficiency in English, German, or French (both written and verbal). Your strong communication skills make you highly client-oriented, adaptable, and ready to travel and work within an international network.
• You actively drive your career progression in partnership with your coach, setting clear career objectives and making informed career choices.
• You utilize your external network and leverage personal relationships to enhance professional opportunities.
