Your Impact

Join our high-performing Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Solutions (CMAAS) team, where you will play a critical role in executing and delivering transaction projects. This includes initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity offerings, and cross-border transactions (e.g. 144As).

As a trusted advisor, you will assist clients with acquisitions and disposals, focusing on complex financial histories, pro-forma analyses, and carve-out reporting in adherence with multiple capital markets regulations (e.g. SIX and SEC).

You will provide guidance on changes in accounting standards and facilitate GAAP conversion projects. In this dynamic environment, you will also develop and extend relationships with clients while actively supporting the client targeting and acquisition process.

You will take control of your own responsibilities, enjoying flexibility in your role and opportunities for personal development. Additionally, you will hone your leadership skills by actively teaching, coaching, and mentoring others in the team.

Your Skill Set

• You are a Certified Public Accountant (Switzerland and/or another country).
• You possess a strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swiss GAAP FER) along with industry credentials and relevant transaction experience.
• You bring 4-5 years of experience in a senior audit role or similar position, demonstrating a solid track record in project management, client management, and a high-risk service orientation.
• You have excellent proficiency in English, German, or French (both written and verbal), complemented by strong communication skills. You are client-focused, adaptable, and willing to travel as part of an international network.
• You actively manage your career development in collaboration with your coach, setting clear objectives and making informed career choices.
• You leverage your external network and personal relationships effectively.
