Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will schedule consultation appointments by phone. With your friendly and clear communication, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and trust-building. You will diligently maintain and update customer data in our system. You will work closely with our sales team to continuously improve processes. You will help strengthen and expand our customer relationships in the long term.

  • Motivation to educate yourself in the insurance sector – prior knowledge is not required, as our client offers comprehensive onboarding
