Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner inquiries on various topics related to payment card transactions, in accordance with our work instructions.

Your Tasks

  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
  • Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
  • Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.

Your Profile

  • Commercial or tourism background.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Good knowledge of Office package/PC use.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
  • As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are essential: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team.
