Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Engineer, you will be an integral member of our Cabin Line Maintenance Team. Your expertise in maintaining our fleet's cabins will enhance passenger comfort and safety, playing a critical role in customer satisfaction.

  • Aircraft Cabin Maintenance: Perform essential maintenance and repair work within the aircraft cabin, ensuring all components are in excellent condition.
  • Routine Checks: Carry out daily and weekly safety and reliability checks to uphold our high standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and repair First & Business Class seats to deliver premium service.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage troubleshooting requests to efficiently address and resolve any service issues, enhancing customer satisfaction on the short-haul fleet.
  • Special Installations: Oversee the installation of air transport stretchers and crew rest facilities.
  • Seat Modifications: Execute modifications on various cabin seat models to improve passenger comfort and experience.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for aviation. Ideal candidates will be motivated, skilled, and capable of working collaboratively while maintaining a commitment to safety and compliance.

  • Technical Vocational Training: Completed technical vocational training of minimum 3 years.
  • Experience Advantage: Previous experience in cabin maintenance is a plus.
  • Technical Affinity: Passion for technical and manual labor.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for technical and cosmetic details.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English.
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable with IT systems; AMOS knowledge is advantageous.
  • Independent Thinking: Ability to think and act independently and innovatively.
  • Flexibility and Resilience: High flexibility with the capability to work under pressure.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work early and late shifts, including weekends.
  • Driving License: Category B required.
