Butcher
- Breaking down pork into rough cuts
- Properly trimming and processing meat pieces
- Complying with hygiene and quality regulations in the food industry
- Working according to production specifications and safety standards
- Collaborating in the production team for meat processing
Work Details
Location: Schönbühl BEE
Duration of Employment: 16.03.2026 to 31.08.2026
Start Time: 05:45 AM
Workload: 100% (approximately 38 to 43 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Completed training as a butcher or meat specialist EFZ, or several years of relevant experience
- Experience in pork processing is an advantage
- Good German language skills (at least fluent)
- Physically resilient and reliable
- Willingness to start work early at 05:45 AM
