Job Description

  • Independent management of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, annual financial statements, VAT settlements, and evaluations
  • Creation and issuance of invoices and quotes
  • General administrative tasks, including telephone and email support
  • Maintenance of the company website and participation in marketing activities (media, promotional gifts)

We Expect

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in bookkeeping and administration, with a preference for candidates with further training in finance or marketing
  • Affinity for numbers and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong written communication skills
  • A reliable, independent, and team-oriented personality
  • A friendly, well-groomed appearance and interest in topics related to greenery
