Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner
Our client, a leading international company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align HR practices with business objectives, contribute to organizational effectiveness, and help build a high-performing workforce in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Advise managers on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Develop and implement people solutions related to attraction, development, retention, succession planning, and employee lifecycle management.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex HR matters and support leaders in navigating organizational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment activities and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Anticipate hiring needs and proactively support workforce planning initiatives.
- Coach managers on recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent decisions.
- Partner with learning and development teams to identify and implement development programs aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, headcount planning, and compensation review cycles.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help drive continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong expertise across recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Good understanding of HR systems and HR analytics.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, international environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across functions.
- Fluent in French and English.
