Your Mission

Act as the primary People Business Partner for leaders across our divisions, providing strategic and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and support leaders in implementing them within their teams.

Drive workforce planning aligned with the Formula 1 race calendar, project milestones, and business priorities. Coach and challenge leaders to maximize individual and team performance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Development teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture by actively contributing to people initiatives, cultural programs, and organizational development activities.

Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that sustain motivation, wellbeing, and team cohesion throughout demanding race seasons. Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and support people-related matters across international travel, trackside operations, and remote working environments.

Coordinate HR processes related to work permits, immigration, and international mobility for race team personnel. Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform workforce decisions, organizational design, and performance management.

Your Profile

  • Federal HR Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Global Mobility or International Assignment Management would be considered a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong business acumen and a service-oriented mindset, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of motorsport and Formula 1.
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting a shift-based, operational, or travel-intensive workforce is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using HR data to support business decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital HR systems, ideally SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with changing priorities.
