Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and support people-related matters across international travel, trackside operations, and remote working environments.
Coordinate HR processes related to work permits, immigration, and international mobility for race team personnel. Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform workforce decisions, organizational design, and performance management.
