As a Recruiting Partner at Bayer in Switzerland, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent landscape by providing expert Talent Acquisition (TA) services. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, including HR teams, you will ensure that Bayer’s talent needs are met effectively. You will manage the entire requisition process, from initial job scoping to successful hiring, ensuring that Bayer attracts top-tier talent to thrive in its dynamic environment.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles in Switzerland, encompassing job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while managing all involved stakeholders.
- Elevate TA engagement with senior stakeholders by building professional relationships as a trusted advisor and delivering an exceptional TA experience.
- Ensure seamless interview scheduling, accurate data tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and AI tools, and provide a high-quality candidate journey.
- Handle a wide variety of roles with varying degrees of seniority and technicality.
- Approach daily challenges with problem-solving skills and an open-minded attitude.
- Support ad-hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives specific to Switzerland.
Who You Are
- Several years of experience as a head-hunter, specialist recruiter, or talent acquisition professional in the Life Sciences industry.
- Experienced in building business stakeholder relationships and possessing valuable industry insights.
- Ability to consult, advise, and influence business stakeholders, candidates, search firms, and TA colleagues.
- A creative approach to talent acquisition, with a keen interest in learning and acquiring new knowledge and techniques.
- Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficiency in IT skills, with experience in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools as a plus.
Additional Information
Regular onsite presence in Basel, Zurich, and Muttenz is mandatory; however, we are open to discussing arrangements during the interview. Working hours are typically from 9 AM to 5 PM but can be discussed further.
