Your Mission

Job Description

  • Strategic Partner: You will be the go-to HR sparring partner and trusted advisor for our leaders, guiding them through all HR-related themes.
  • People & Processes: You will ensure smooth and efficient HR processes along the entire employee life cycle – from workforce planning and recruiting to onboarding, performance management, talent development, case management, and compensation in close collaboration with our HR operation experts.
  • Recruitment Strategy: You will take ownership of end-to-end recruiting, ensuring we attract, select, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Culture & Engagement: You will give our culture a voice by running initiatives such as our culture survey, translating insights into concrete actions that foster an inspiring and inclusive workplace.
  • Business Impact: You will ensure our people strategy drives business success by bringing HR expertise to organizational design, change management, coaching, facilitation, and communication.
  • Innovation & Development: You will support the continuous evolution of HR as a function, undertaking process improvements and HR analytics to implement impactful HR projects that shape the future of work.

Your Story

Requirements

  • Education: You hold a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: You possess at least 5 years of HR business partner experience with a focus on supporting employees based in Switzerland, preferably in the industrial, tech, or capital goods sectors.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: You are well-versed in Swiss labor law and employment practices and can confidently guide leaders through them.
  • Talent Acquisition: You have hands-on recruiting experience or are eager to expand your HR toolkit and discover the excitement of finding and hiring great talent.
  • Consulting & Collaboration: You are comfortable working across all management levels, combining strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions without formal authority.
  • Ownership & Improvement: You operate with autonomy, responsibility, and discretion, always seeking ways to enhance processes and elevate operational excellence.
  • Languages & Personality: You communicate fluently in English and German, and as a warm, approachable person with a sharp mind, you build trust and strong relationships with ease.

Formalities

This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.

The percentage in the job title means flexibility – choose full-time or part-time based on what works for you.
