Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to school families accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Receive supplier invoices and coordinate their submission to the external accounting department.
- Develop, maintain, and present financial dashboards and periodic financial reports.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to support Executive Committee decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and institutional planning as a member of the Executive Committee.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- The ability to work in a team and enjoy a multicultural environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Friendly and approachable with both children and adults; background checks for working with young people will be required.
- Able to work independently to complete tasks.
- A minimum C1 level of proficiency in both German and English (required).
- A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve problems.
- Competence with Google Workspace and comfort in an IT environment.
- Work permit for Switzerland (required).
- Initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a STEM-related field.
- Master’s degree (MiM, MBA, Master in Management, Master in Finance, or similar) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (required).
- Solid analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
