Purpose of the Role

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan European luxury brand, envisioned in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging the MSC Group’s rich maritime heritage, our fleet of six luxury ships (with four currently in development) is designed to revolutionize the cruise experience, creating a distinct category that appeals to the next generation of luxury travelers.

We invite applications for a talented Business Integration Professional to join our newly established luxury travel brand, Explora Journeys. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Integration Manager to become an integral part of our team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams and business processes, supporting pre- and post-journey operations, overseeing payment collections, assisting with incident management, and facilitating a smooth experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Scope of the Role

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams (IT, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to align and execute integration plans.
  • Develop and manage detailed integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor synergy realization (cost savings, revenue enhancements) and report performance against company goals.
  • Drive process harmonization and technology system integration between business teams and organizations.
  • Act as a liaison between acquiring and acquired teams to foster collaboration and cultural alignment.
  • Provide post-integration support and conduct lessons learned analyses to continuously improve integration playbooks.

Required Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role, preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry.
  • A demonstrated commitment to personal accountability and delivering excellence.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
  • Strong knowledge of business functions and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
