Tasks
As a key member of the division relations team, you will engage in the core decision-making processes of SWISS. You will serve as a Finance Business Partner for various divisions within the Lufthansa Group (LHG) and interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Provide guidance and support on financial matters including business cases and projects
Assist with decision-making by ensuring transparency on financial performance and other key metrics
Develop and present high-quality forecasts and reports to management
Create recommendations regarding business cases and other approval requests, often in collaboration with other controllers
Liaise with stakeholders across business areas and finance units within SWISS and LHG
Act as a quality gate for approval requests, ensuring data completeness and compliance
Coordinate, approve, and update information in internal data systems
Identify critical topics and develop actionable recommendations

Requirements
Higher degree in a relevant field
Proactive self-starter capable of managing tasks from inception to completion
Initiate and oversee various topics independently
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly address complex issues
Interest in producing precise and accurate data, even with incomplete information
Willingness to work meticulously on details
Ability to translate the big picture into accounting requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and good German communication skills
Flexibility to travel twice per month
