Tasks
As a member of the division relations team, you will play a crucial role in SWISS decision-making. You will serve as a Finance Business Partner for multiple divisions of the Lufthansa Group (LHG) and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide guidance and support on financial matters including business cases and projects.
- Support decision-making by ensuring transparency on financial performance and other parameters.
- Develop and present high-quality forecasts and reports to management.
- Create recommendations and commentary on business cases and other approval requests to the management board, collaborating with other controllers.
- Engage with stakeholders from business areas and finance units within SWISS and the LHG.
- Act as a quality gate for approval requests regarding data completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate, approve, and update information in internal data systems.
- Identify critical topics and develop recommendations on how to address them.

Requirements
- Higher degree in a relevant field
- A self-starter, capable of taking ownership and managing projects from start to finish
- Initiative to take on various topics independently
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for quickly getting to the root of complex issues
- Commitment to producing accurate and clean data, even when all information is not available
- Willingness to work persistently on details
- Capability to translate the “big picture” into accounting requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with good German communication skills
- Flexibility to travel twice per month
