Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our organization, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Capability Management to ensure full alignment on the GCS offering, while providing feedback on emerging market requirements.
- Work alongside the Head of Global Operations Management to facilitate timely cross-sharing of information and best practices.
- Serve as Opportunity Manager when appointed, including the submission of quotations and proposals.
- Interface with GCS Sales and Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment and efficiencies.
- Attend industry events to enhance our network and visibility.
- Identify and analyze emerging industry trends.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in military science, business, engineering, or related fields, coupled with at least 15 years of management experience.
- A proven track record of at least 10 years in mine action services or related industries.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, government representatives, and industry influencers.
- A high level of cultural awareness and experience working in international, high-risk, or post-conflict environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of procurement processes.
