Your Tasks

• Build and grow strategic collaborations with airlines in your European region, strengthening our brand presence and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
• Act as the primary partner for our high-value clients, ensuring they receive world-class support and service.
• Understand customer strategies and ambitions, then translate them into winning business solutions.
• Bring fresh market insights and trends to the table, helping shape our commercial strategies and keeping SR Technics at the forefront of the industry.
• Represent SR Technics at aviation events and industry forums, ensuring our voice is heard and our brand shines.
• Collaborate across teams and regions, sharing knowledge and driving alignment on priorities.
• Maintain sharp and reliable CRM data to support smarter decision-making.

Your Profile

• A seasoned Business Development or Engine MRO professional with 5+ years of experience in the aviation MRO industry.
• A strong network of regional and international contacts, with the confidence to leverage these connections.
• A skilled communicator and presenter who can inspire trust and engagement at all levels, proficient in English and preferably French.
• A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys bringing fresh ideas to fruition and delivering results year after year.
