Position Objectives
As the Business Decision Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will take ownership of the Consumer Tracker, a global consumer insight program. This role ensures high-quality consumer measurement and translates insights into clear, strategic business implications. You will play a critical part in defining which consumer KPIs are measured, how they are measured, and how insights are generated and applied across the organization. Acting as the global program owner, you will lead agency partnerships, set the insight agenda, and ensure alignment with commercial and consumer KPI frameworks. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to connect consumer understanding with performance and execution perspectives while proactively identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and future research priorities.
Areas of Responsibility
- Own the Consumer Tracker as a global insight program, including scope, roadmap, learning priorities, and long-term evolution aligned with business needs.
- Define and steer the consumer KPI framework and measurement approach, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across markets and related consumer studies.
- Lead insight synthesis and interpretation across markets, translating consumer data into clear, decision-oriented strategic implications and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify emerging consumer trends, business questions, opportunities, and risks beyond the existing tracker scope, shaping future insight priorities.
- Lead and manage global research agencies and strategic partners, ensuring quality, consistency, and governance of research outputs.
- Ensure strong integration of Consumer Tracker insights with other consumer and commercial KPI streams, acting as a trusted insight partner to senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or related roles at market, regional, or HQ level.
- Proven experience owning or leading large-scale, multi-market consumer research or tracking programs.
- Strong expertise in consumer research methodologies, KPI frameworks, and longitudinal measurement.
- Experience working in complex, global, multi-market environments and managing global research agencies.
Education
- University degree; advanced qualifications in consumer insights, analytics, or related fields are an advantage.
Language and Computer Skills
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills (a second language is a plus).
Behavioral Competencies
- High level of autonomy, sound judgment, and a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex consumer data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
