Your Job Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Work directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to execution and adoption review.
• Embed best practice change management frameworks and processes to support successful transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a key team member, liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation by partnering with Human Capital and other Deloitte service offerings.
• Support the growth and enhancement of Deloitte's change management capabilities and offerings within the Human Capital practice.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Consulting or a similar role within the Human Capital domain, preferably with exposure to international projects.
• Solid experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in technology implementation programs or organizational transformations.
• Experience with projects related to Learning & Development and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
• Strong affinity with technology and understanding its impact on the workforce.
• Willingness to support business development and offering enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships strategically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude focused on high-quality client service.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in AI applications in Human Capital or Change Management is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
