How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management areas (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that yield high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that empower our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Provide architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership for complex data & analytics transformations and guide clients in executing these transformations.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production.
• Establish and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Act as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating work ethic, leadership, and competence in your subject area.
• Grow expertise in diverse industry areas and share your knowledge with the Deloitte team.

Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation

• Enthusiastic individuals eager to build a career in the AI & Data field.

• The capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills, capable of consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Technical Design

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate technical specifics effectively in both oral and written formats, including in 1:1 meetings and workshops.
• Technical expertise in data management or platforms; familiarity with SQL and Python is highly recommended.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is preferred for effective communication with various teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, tech, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
