How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions across data management areas (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) to ensure high-quality, usable data.
• Develop strategic data approaches enabling clients to achieve their business objectives, considering regulatory, cost, and revenue aspects.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational guidance to clients.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from initial business concept to operational production.
• Establish and maintain trusted client relationships through project engagements and business development, expanding your professional network both internally and externally.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model, showcasing strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise for colleagues.
• Enhance your expertise across various industry and subject matter areas, sharing your knowledge with your Deloitte colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation:

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.
• Exceptional conceptual abilities to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solutions, simplifying complex problems.
• Adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Technical Design:

• Meticulous attention to detail, capable of communicating technical specifications clearly in oral and written formats, including meetings and workshops.
• First practical experience with data management or data platform solutions is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, technology firms, or industry-specific roles, especially in data-driven sectors.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
