How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management, ensuring high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations with architectural and organizational guidance, assisting clients in executing these changes.
• Drive Data and AI use cases from business value concept to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development initiatives.
• Support business development opportunities to create new projects.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your knowledge in various industry and subject matter areas, sharing insights with Deloitte colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation:

• Passionate individuals eager to build a career in the AI & Data domain.
• Desire to learn and master new topics.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment and deliver independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of designing impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills, able to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solutions that simplify complex problems.
• Business-IT translator, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Technical Design:

• Attention to detail with the ability to articulate technical specifics in meetings and workshops.
• Technical expertise: Practical experience with data management or data platform solutions is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-focused fields.
• Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is a plus.
