Senior Business Analyst (SAP ERP) | Netherlands | Hybrid

RED is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a significant business transformation program. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions across a complex SAP landscape.

This hands-on business analysis role requires strong stakeholder management skills, process analysis capabilities, functional design expertise, and experience with ERP integration. This is a 10-month contract with opportunities for extension, and a minimum of three days of onsite presence is required in Den Bosch, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop functional designs for interfaces, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Validate that proposed technical solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Assist with data mapping, migration, and conversion activities in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support implementation planning, cutover preparation, and go-live activities.
• Track project decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Analyst.
• Proficiency in SAP, preferably with modules QM and EAM.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong background in working across multiple systems, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.
• Experience creating process models (BPMN), use cases, and functional documentation.
