Your Job Responsibilities

You will:

  • Work directly with Swiss and international clients through all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and strategy planning to execution and adoption reviews with relevant metrics.
  • Introduce and implement best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to support successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a key team member liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation by collaborating with various Deloitte service offerings to design compelling change management solutions.
  • Support the growth and enhancement of our change management capabilities within the Human Capital practice.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Strong academic background, ideally a Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year with a Master's/MBA in Consulting or a similar role within Human Capital.
  • Solid experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in large technology implementations or organizational transformations.
  • Experience with client projects related to Learning & Development, Training & Reskilling, and familiarity with ERP systems and other system implementations.
  • Strong affinity for technology and understanding its impact on the workforce, especially in relation to digital transformation.
  • Willingness to support business development initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence applications in Human Capital or Change Management is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders or coordinate cross-functional teams in complex environments is a strong benefit.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
