Your Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to execution, hypercare, and adoption review.
• Embed best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to facilitate successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a liaison between client leaders and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of change initiatives with business objectives and promoting effective communication.
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation, partnering with various Deloitte service offerings to design compelling change management solutions.
• Support the enhancement of Deloitte's change management capabilities and service offerings within the Human Capital practice.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong academic background, preferably a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 1 year with a master’s degree/MBA, in Consulting or a similar role in the Human Capital domain, ideally with exposure to international projects.
• Experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in large technology implementation or organizational transformation contexts.
• Familiarity with Learning & Development, Training & Re-skilling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) as well as other system implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Strong affinity for technology and a deep understanding of its impact on the workforce, particularly in relation to digital transformation.
• Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
