Your Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle—from initial assessment and strategy planning to execution and adoption review.
  • Introduce best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to facilitate successful organizational transitions.
  • Serve as a key team member liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation by designing effective change management solutions.
  • Support the growth of Deloitte's change management capabilities within the Human Capital practice.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong academic background, ideally a Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Consulting or a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in technology implementation and business transformations.
  • Familiarity with Learning & Development, Training & Re-skilling, and experience with ERP systems and other implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of technology's impact on the workforce and how digital transformation shapes employee experiences.
  • Willingness to support business development and enhance service offerings.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude focused on delivering high-quality service and contributing to team success.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience in AI applications in Human Capital is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
