Your Responsibilities

You will:

  • Work directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all stages of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and strategy planning to execution and review.
  • Introduce and implement best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to support successful organizational transitions.
  • Act as a vital team member connecting client leaders with internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by creating compelling change management solutions in collaboration with the Human Capital and account teams.
  • Enhance Deloitte's change management capabilities and service offerings within the Human Capital practice.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong academic credentials, ideally a Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or a master's degree/MBA with at least 1 year within the Human Capital domain.
  • Solid experience in people strategy and change management, especially in large technology implementation programs and organizational transformations.
  • Experience with Learning & Development, Training & Reskilling projects and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
  • A strong affinity for technology and its impact on the workforce, including how digital transformation influences employee experience and organizational change.
  • Willingness to support business development and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with clients and teams.
  • A positive, proactive attitude focused on delivering high-quality client service.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Capital or Change Management is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel both within Switzerland and internationally as needed.
