How You Can Make an Impact

• Work in a client-facing role on projects in key industries, such as consulting a world-leading bank on establishing the largest European wealth management, or developing the commercial strategy for a Swiss chemical company across its global markets.
• Collaborate with clients and, with support from experienced colleagues, tackle challenging problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct analysis, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations.
• Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects that address the most pressing challenges within their IT organizations.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are reliable, methodical, detail-oriented, and exhibit a strong desire for knowledge, contributing fresh perspectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internships or work experience within IT Consulting or in the IT department of a global company is a plus.
• You are a recent graduate or nearing completion of your Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, with exposure to IT topics.
• A passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends (Agile Methodology, Robotics, Cloud, etc.) set you apart.
• You enjoy traveling regularly and communicate fluently in English and German or French; additional languages are an advantage.
