We assist clients in transforming their businesses by designing and implementing data solutions to excel in their markets. Our role is to understand their business problems and use data-driven thinking and technology to achieve outcomes that propel their business forward.

For this role, we are currently offering start dates from August 2025.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management areas (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that empower our clients to meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development while expanding your internal and external network.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Grow your expertise in various industry and subject matter areas and share your insights with the broader Deloitte talent pool.

Drive and Motivation:

• Passionate individuals eager to build a career in the AI & Data space.
• Strong desire to learn new topics and master them.
• Able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment and deliver independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations.
• Excellent conceptual capabilities: Consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs while simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT Translator: Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Technical Design:

• Attention to detail with the ability to convey technical specifics through oral or written communication, including 1-on-1 meetings and workshops.
• Technical expertise: Previous practical experience with Data Management or Data Platform solutions is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• First relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, especially in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
