• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management, ensuring high-quality, usable data.
• Develop strategic data plans that align with our clients' business objectives across various pillars.
• Lead complex data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational guidance.
• Drive Data & AI initiatives from concept validation to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project engagements and business development efforts.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.

Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation:

• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Technical Design:

• A keen attention to detail, capable of conveying technical specifications effectively.
• Technical expertise with practical experience in Data Management or Data Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is highly recommended.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.

Industry Experience:

• Prior relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven sectors.
• Experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
