How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design and execute data & analytics transformations, providing technical and organizational leadership.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production, ensuring value delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development, expanding your internal and external network.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model through strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Grow expertise across various industries and share insights with Deloitte colleagues.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solutions.
• Proficient business-IT translator, adept at leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail in conveying technical aspects in both oral and written forms.

Technical Expertise:

• Solid background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Some practical experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions is recommended.
• Experience with data science tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Dataiku is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, especially in data-driven fields.
• Experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is beneficial.
