The IKEA Food business has been transforming for years to better integrate within the overall IKEA organization and Way of working. We are making great strides in the IKEA Supply Chain, and we need exceptional talent to join us on this journey! To strengthen our organization for the long term within the area of Supply Chain Planning, we are currently looking for a business analyst.

As a Business Analyst, you will primarily work on the following:

  • Contributing to the analysis of business needs and identifying (digital) product requirements including applications, data, integration, and processes.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in testing and following up on implementations according to agreed business requirements.
  • Documenting and maintaining a record of business needs/requirements for the product.
  • Supporting the development of learning and communication materials.
  • Creating user training materials and training end-users.
  • Collaborating on the definition and validation of high-level and low-level designs with the relevant roles.
  • Validating the compliance of business requirements during quality assurance and contributing to business acceptance.
  • Measuring requirements fit and their impact on business goals.

What We Would Like You to Bring to the Table

We expect you to have solid experience in Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) and a keen understanding of its process and technical development, preferably in a large-scale business environment. You should excel in personal leadership, be curious, and have excellent relationship-building skills with end-users, business stakeholders, and related product and platform teams. Your collaborative spirit and focus on processes, platforms, and people will be highly valued.

To succeed in the role of Business Analyst, we believe you should have:

  • A passion for processes, businesses, people, and technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder SCPO (preferably Demand and Fulfillment).
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to present results and solutions clearly and inspiringly.
  • Experience in business analysis and requirement processes.
  • Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working across various segments of the IKEA Supply Chain or IKEA Food Business is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a readiness to work in an Agile environment.
