How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management areas (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogs, data platforms) to deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue sectors.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational guidance, and assist clients in executing these transformations with significant organizational implications.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concepts to production.
• Foster trusted client relationships through project work or business development, while expanding your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and subject matter expertise.
• Expand your knowledge in various industry and subject matter areas and share insights with the Deloitte talent pool.

Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation:

• Passionate individuals seeking a career in the AI & Data field.
• A desire to learn new concepts and master them.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create meaningful presentations.
• Conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT translator ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Technical Design:

• Attention to detail and capability to convey technical specifics of solution design in oral or written form, both in one-on-one meetings and workshops.
• Technical expertise with a recommendation for first-hand experience in Data management or Data Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous exposure to the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
