About the Role

Our client, a prominent organization in Switzerland, is seeking a Business Analyst to support a surge in activity within the IT team. You will be part of a small, dynamic team that will provide training on processes and internal specifics, enabling you to assist business teams in defining and qualifying their needs. You will collaborate with business referents and support them in analyzing IT necessities, developing business cases, and maintaining follow-up with the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and qualify business needs with referents
• Assist in drafting and formalizing projects through technical documentation
• Develop business cases and perform economic modeling with business referents
• Ensure coordination and operational follow-up between the IT team and business teams

Requirements

• Higher education in the IT field
• Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in IT project management
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Comfortable with analyzing and qualifying needs
